Damian Pascuzzo began playing golf at age 11 and always dreamed of being an architect, finding his ideal career by blending his two passions through golf course design.

Damian Pascuzzo is a respected American golf course architect with a career spanning over four decades. He began his journey in golf course design in 1982, working with legendary architect Robert Muir Graves, and later became his partner, forming the Graves & Pascuzzo partnership. Pascuzzo has been responsible for the design or renovation of dozens of courses throughout the United States and internationally, including projects in Asia, Europe, and Canada. He has notably collaborated with PGA Tour pro Steve Pate since 2006 under Pascuzzo & Pate Golf Course Design, producing nationally recognized courses such as Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, California. Pascuzzo has also worked with golf legends like Johnny Miller and Sam Snead, and he is known for integrating challenging yet accessible designs that appeal to a wide range of golfers. A past president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, he remains active in championing water conservation, innovative golf facility concepts, and the growth of the game.
