Paul Miller is an accomplished golf course architect based in Northfield, Minnesota, and President of Paul Miller Design, Inc. He began his career with a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Minnesota in 1987, accumulating more than three decades of extensive experience in golf course design, landscape architecture, and maintenance. Prior to founding his own firm in 2004, Miller was a partner at Gill Miller, Inc., where he contributed to celebrated projects such as The Legends Club and The Meadows at Mystic Lake, both recognized by Golf Digest as top ten new courses in the United States. Miller’s expertise includes traditional layouts as well as innovative projects, notably designing golf courses atop former landfills—an area where he is nationally recognized. His approach blends environmental considerations with creative design, contributing to numerous public and private projects across the Midwest, including prominent renovations and new builds in several states.
