The 18-hole par-54 course he designed, Bukit Pandawa Golf & Country Club in Bali, was named "World's Best Par-3 Course" in 2017.

Bob Moore is a golf course architect who has built a distinguished career in golf course design and renovation. Born in the United States, he developed an early passion for golf, introduced to the game by his father and grandfather. He began caddying at age eight and soon was playing golf himself. After graduating from Wake Forest University in 1979, he pursued golf course design more seriously by earning a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University in 1983 with a focus on golf course architecture.

Bob Moore started professionally with Jerry Turner & Associates and later joined JMP Golf Design Group in 1990, becoming a principal in 1994. He is known for designing and renovating golf courses primarily in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. Some of his projects include Nags Head Golf Links in North Carolina, renovations of Manila Golf Club in the Philippines and Senayan National Golf Club in Indonesia, and designing The Golf Club at Roddy Ranch in California. He is a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects and helped open JMP's East Coast office. His work emphasizes environmental responsibility and creating courses that fit the natural landforms while catering to players' needs and market demands.
