After earning a degree in landscape architecture from Texas Tech University, Miller began his career with the highly regarded Nelson & Wright team, contributing to projects across Hawaii, the U.S. mainland, and the Pacific Rim. In 1999, he established Miller Design in Seattle, later moving its headquarters to Colorado, where he continues to serve clients across the United States and internationally.
