The Main Challenge
Approach shots require precision due to elevated greens and strategic bunkering, especially on holes playing across natural ravines or tight tree corridors. The Good
Members love the tranquil mountain setting, with panoramic views of Whitefish Lake and the surrounding Rockies on nearly every hole. The Not So Good
Guest access is limited, making it difficult for non-members or visitors to play. Some members wish for more tee-time flexibility during peak summer months, and a few feel there could be even more member or family events to increase club social offerings.

Clubhouse
The club offers a newly renovated clubhouse with a pro shop, fitness center, locker rooms, dining, and massage therapy. Additional amenities include two pools, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, spa, marina on Whitefish Lake, and dedicated event and kids’ camp spaces.
Practice Facilities
Iron Horse features a comprehensive practice facility, including a full driving range, separate short game area, practice putting green, and professional instruction onsite. The facilities are well-kept and allow for all types of pre-round preparation.
